Shipping / delivery
Delivery takes place in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. The delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days based on For any deviating delivery times, we refer to the relevant product groups. In case of reversal, costs incurred for processing your order may be charged. Shipping via the TNT / Post.nl parcel service is 98% of deliveries within 24 hours within the Netherlands and also delivers on Saturday. TNT / Post.nl also offers the possibility to collect the items within 3 weeks after shipment from the nearest post office, if unexpectedly it is not possible to be at the delivery address. Shipping via UPS or DPD is slightly more expensive and can be tracked in real-time via www.ups.com, so offers more security. Samples can be sent by regular mail.

Payment methods
Payment is made according to your preference by cash on delivery, on account, in advance, or by credit card (via PayPal or MultiSafePay). With PayPal payments there is a 4% surcharge on the total amount. In your choice of payment method, we mention our bank details in the order confirmation and send your order, after receipt or acceptance of your payment.
Returns & Cancellations

Details
In the event of a withdrawal option, the ordered products are in non-resold, unused and unopened condition. Resold, used, opened and orders that have become worse than when they were sent will not be accepted. Costs of returning orders are for your account. The value of a return received by us which are justified according to the withdrawal option will be paid into your bank account within 30 days of our receipt.

Order status
